My name is Enrique Gonzalez. I’m 26 years old, and I work in the Air Force National Guard here in Reno. I’m proud of my service and enjoy the opportunities it gives me to work in technology.
Some of my hobbies include going to the gym, running competitively, playing video games, and (unfortunately) sometimes giving in to peer pressure from my friends. Each of these keeps me active, social, and balanced.
In terms of my career path, I’m currently pursuing an associate’s in Cyber Security, but I plan on switching to either Computer Science or Information Systems when I transfer to UNR. I also have an IT-related job in the Air Force, and I plan on completing the full 20 years of service.
